One of the most common help requests we get is
"Help I have lost my log in"
Below are some tips to get started on tracking
that lost log in. Please note, re-signing up for a new log in
sometimes can really cause issues, please read all below, before creating a
new log in to make sure you are not in the system already.
Most common mistake in is attemping to log in the
Member area, instead of the Classified area, The box on the lower
left side is a log in only for the special member features, brag
photos, videos etc.Not for ads.
If you want to Add a new ad simply
click
Add A Listing and log in
To edit an existing ad simply click
Edit My Ad(s) and log in
To change email or edit your classified profile simply click
Edit My Log In
(while on that subject is is
very important that you do make sure your profile is updated with
your first and last name. If you do NOT do this, customers will not
be able to view all your ads, and I will not be able to help you
with your ads.

We are not able to keep a file on
passwords/ user names, But no worries, if you have lost yours, we can investigate.
Please Email us with ALL the following information.
Your User Name ( If you know) and a Pre-Picked Password
( or a new
one to reset to ), and a list of all your horses for sale by Spotsforsale.com Horse ID

How do I find my horses?
Go to refined search, search by owner and you can find your
horses? If you notice your horses are under different versions of
you name, I highly suggest getting them all consistent!

OK ...I am pretty sure am not in the system at
all... then do the below.
Sign up as a new user! Then send us an
email with a list of your horses name, and spotsforsale.com ID
numbers PLUS your new user name. Please give us a day or so, to tie
the new user name to the horses, and then you can edit and make new
ads!
After We get your fixed up, please write your
user name and password in a safe place!
